Previously a Hanson Quarry on the Cornish Coastline between Mousehole and Newlyn.
Houghton Regis Quarry was a former quarry used to extract chalk for cement works on site. Planning was granted for 12 acres to enable the residential expansion to provide a large new housing development known as Bidwell West which provided 1850 units, a primary school, with some retail and leisure facilities.

Five ways tower is a former 70s office block that has been vacant for 19 years, together with five ways house which is a former DWP office also vacant since 2021.
This 160 acre site was home to the former wardle storeys ICI development built in 1850.
